Question:
does Firewall-1 check certain FTP commands and
expects them to occur in a single IP packet ?
Background:
I have this strange effect that FTP connections
are reset (RESET flag set in a TCP packet appearantly
originating from server. In reality server doesn't
send such a packet, does it come from firewall ?)
when the client doesn't send the sequence "USER uid<CR>"
in a single packet. This only occurs when there's a
firewall (Checkpoint Fw-1) sitting between client and server.
