Remote logging of what kind of systems to what other kind? If you have Unix systems that send to syslog, syslog has the capability to remotely log to a central server. Just remember to tell the central server to accept syslog entries from other servers. If you have mixed NT and Unix, you can get a program for NT that will forward to syslog. If you have something like Raptor that puts its own log in, you can set a cron job to ssh copy the logs to a central server. On Friday, June 02, 2000 2:22 PM, Eric S.
