You should talk to NAI or your reseller. At one point NAI was doing
per-seat licensing under some programs, but that may have been
discontinued. If you licensed per-node, then cost is based on internal
nodes, not number of firewalls. If you licensed per-firewall or
per-firewall/per-node then you'll need to fork over more money. If you
have a contract, then reviewing it should tell you what terms you got.
