Earlier known as the Lucent Managed Firewall... which seems to have had generally good reviews and evaluations. Is anyone on this list actually using it? Although it's apparently configured via a web interface (in the SMS server), is this of a dumb point'n'click nature, or would, say, an OpenBSD ipfilters kind-of user feel confident it is doing the "right thing"? What's the documentation like (as this sounds like a weak point generally with commercial firewalls)? Getting information out of Lucent regarding purchasing/evaluating the system is an uninspiring if not outright depressing experience (ditto for our reseller).
