I am looking for feedback on how to determine bandwidth requirements for an FTP site.
We need to establish a site for file downloads that will :
    1) Occur on a regular schedule,as dictated by the client PC's(Task Scheduled win W98)
    2) Will retrieve on this scheduled basis anywhere from 100-500Kbytes of data, which could
increase to 2-3MB on occassion, whenever we decide to release a major update.
    3) We would hope to make this schedule the same for all clients to avoid customizing
        such setup.For eg. Mon-Fri at 4 am.

Worst case scenario would be if all clients had clocks in sync, but this is W98 we are talking,
so that should not be a concern! But I need a better idea from you experts how to approach
the bandwidth issue, server reqts, etc. We may or may NOT host this ourselves. In light of this,
can anyone offer some suggestions as to who the best ISP's are in terms of reliability, cost, etc.

Thanks
