This will not work yet due to an implementation incompatibility between the 
two.

SFTP does not use FTP at all (at least in the F-Secure implementation of 
the SSH2 server) - it is directly handled by the SSH2 daemon.

(The following applies to SSH2 Server from F-Secure)
The key format and location in SSH2 is completely different from the one in 
SSH1. The key directory is $HOME/.ssh2/, and the files there are 
./identification, ./authorization, and public-key data. I suggest checking 
the proper man-pages for the complete description of all these files.
