I use squid proxy (at Linux OS).
Does who want to access my internal website, then she/he must access my 
homepage with spesific port (for example 8080, meanwhile local user access 
proxy port at 4132). But it is limited to one server only (I think this is 
enough).

Sorry, I have no experience with reverse proxy with Cisco and neither NT.
