If you want to be able to ping the outside from the DMZ, you need
to add a rule to enable that in the "From DMZ" tab on the "Policies"
page. ["Outside Any" and "DMZ Any" are already defined as
destination/source, and "PING" as a service; if you want to restrict
which hosts can ping what range of addresses, you'd need to add
definitions for them.]
