When securing the access between the company and your superior, don not
forget to secure his home computer. If he�s usually using broadband it�s a
must, if he only uses dail-up connection it�s anyhow a piece of good
advice. When the connection to your boss is secured, his home computer is
the weakest link in the chain.
Update his antivirus software at last one a week, if possible daily.
Get the antitrojan program The Cleaner from http://www.moosoft.com/.
Buy him a personal firewall like Norton Personal Firewall 2000 (Norton
Internet Secrity 2000) or BlackICE Defender.
Without proper protection on your superior�s computer it�s a pice of cake
to use it to remotely take control and walk directly into your company
network.
