if you really want 'napster' this thing in the bud you could set a seed 
route on the last router before going across a wan to the internet...

ip route 64.124.41.0 0.0.0.255 null0

this will effectively 'bitbucket' any attempts
it will also deny access to that entire subnet since it appears they have 
multiple www servers up and running...

you could actually do this to any traffic you want to keep off the wan

you will be able to tell by the users who complain that they can surf as 
well as they used to.
