I have nothing but good things to say about the products and the
company. They have been very responsive to our needs, and our
community is switching from SecurID to the CryptoCard tokens after
an extended evaluation.

The only drawback from the users point of view, is that things that
don't talk 'real' RFC compliant Radius, supporting the Challenge/Response
(like Shiva VPN, Cisco PIX, and Firewall-1... get the hint guys?) is
that you are supplying a response to a challenge you never see. You
fill in your username, and a 'password', which is the response to the
unknown challenge. This causes confusion, and you can get your card
out of sync with the auth server, which is not the problem of the
CrytoCard products.
