According to the Zwicky/Chapman Book (my personal firewall bible)
Oracle doesn't make the general code necessary for an open source
proxy available. You can either get Oracel Connection Manager from
Oracle, or one of the commercial firewall products which supports it
(Building Internet Firewalls, 2nd Edition, pg 674). Not the answer you
wanted, but it is an answer.
