As far as I know (anone is free to show me the right way if I'm wrong),
the vulnerability was a bug when the http-gw proxy was used in conjunction
with cyber patrol (an external product that should not be used on the FW, 
anyway!).
As others pointed to, no problem was there if cyber patrol was disabled.
