Hi, I'm sitting at a client site with a netscreen 5 firewall that won't talk to me. I have no documentation and have not worked with a netscreen before. etc. I'm sure many of you have been in similar situations. Please call me at 408-621-2021 if you can help, or exchange e-mail. I will compensate for you time or owe you a favor, whichever you prefer. Situation: ISP got bought, new ISP didn't get installed in time. Old addresses are out of commission. I need to configure new addresses in the netscreen. I get no response from the device via http, telnet, or the serial port. It's status light is flashing green.
