Hi,

I'm sitting at a client site with a netscreen 5 firewall that won't talk to me. I have 
no documentation and have not worked with a netscreen before. etc. I'm sure many of 
you have been in similar situations.

Situation:

ISP got bought, new ISP didn't get installed in time. Old addresses are out of 
commission. I need to configure new addresses in the netscreen. I get no response from 
the device via http, telnet, or the serial port. It's status light is flashing green. 
I have a PC which I'm using to connect with it.
