Off the topic: HP Openview

Hi,
    Sorry its way off the topic. But can someone tell
me 
a)how do I know whether HP openview is running on a
Solaris machine. (what are the daemons)
b) How do i turn it ON and OFF?
Any pointers will be appreciated.
