Verifying system status: Server Manager
With Server Manager, the administrator can see that users are connected to
a server, how long they have been connected, and what resources they have
opened. The information can be viewed in different formats. For example,
You can see which resources are currently being used, or, if you are
interested in just one resource, you can view information specific to it,
such as who is connected and for how long.
This tool could be viewed as a graphical replacement for the UNIX who,
netstat, and fuser commands.

So, if you have this utility (I don't have it on my NT workstation, I
presume it is in Server edition) you can use it.
