You know, where's the FAQ when you need one?  It's one thing to give someone
a helpful URL, something else to say go buy a book and pore over it.  Some
of these lazy admins could be quickly helped by a good FAQ.  No, not the
ideal situation, that they studied first, but hey, we all have a lot on our
plates.
