Hello- Could somesone give some advice on my SecureRemote problem? Thanks in advance. When I use SecureRemote to connect to a encryption domain behind a firewall using FWZ, the SR windows always shows "Exchanging keys with a Firewall" and at last shows "No answer received from a Firewall at site xxxx". and the conneciton fails. I have followed the setup procedure exactly and tried all prossible authentication method. Maunal said this error may be due to wrong username and password but I am sure the username and password is correct. No log is collected for the failed connection. When I use solaris's snoop command to monitor the packet from the management console to the firewall module, I find that the management console doesn't send any packet to the FW module at all (how to do keyexchange and authentication if no packet is transmitted??)
