I think that one was the can of worms ...
... an awful lot of open source software now comes with tech support. Its
called paying for it from RedHat or SuSE or someone else to that effect.
They'll all help you run ipchains and/or other software that comes in their
distributions. They also cost less per hour than most CCNE's do.
