logging ftp commands is feasible. check the FWTK ftp-gw proxy.
for telnet, the situation is different. what do you call a command?
I guess you have nothing to do with terminal type negociation and the like.
if you're trying to log the commands that the user types on the remote system,
then the only way is to log everything, the whole session!
if it's that, then ipfilter can do it. But I hardly see a serious
justification that's
worth the trouble ...
