While I hope those notes are of use, I feel obliged to point out
(1) that there may be a copyright issue with forwarding so much
material from a website that marks its home page "All Rights
Reserved", and (2) that I'd be a little careful personally
about accepting whatis.com material as authoritative, certainly
compared to the FAQ associated with this list.
