Hi,
I hope this URLs helps :
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/sshwin.html
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/sshvnc.html
they describe how to use VNC over an SSH tunnel, and how to do it in an
*NIX or NT enviroment.
Regards,
Rico Ferrari
VNC is a nice tool and it's free. And pretty good to use in a network.
It doesn't use (as far as I know) any encryption method to transfer
the data securely over the network.
Pc Anywhere has somekind of encryption method and is a bit faster
then VNC...
As far as the security concern...
Investigate what is the best product for your needs and also try to
find out if there are any security breaches.
VNC has some password retrieval issues but they are solved already.
I though Pc Anywhere had some DoS issue, but that was solved to
in an upgrade...
Anyways... try to find out more about the products and then decide
what you want to use...
Greets
