You can force them to use a proxy (for example use transparent proxy, and
block access to outside on port 80), and then, in that proxy deny
connections to sites like hotmail.com, mail.yahoo.com, etc.
I'm sure you will find some list of 'free mail' on the net.
Another approach would be to 'eat' the Cookie: header in their http
requests, because a lot of sites use Cookies for web based email services.
I don't think there is a 100% working method.
