In your zonefile of your masterdomain there is a serial notation

If you alter something in that zonefile your serial has to increase
with at least +1 (for example in your case 2000120702).

Maybe you haven't done that or you made a typo...

It is definately not something with BIND, Linux or what so ever
It is in the zonefile of your master domain delirium.com.cn.

Maybe you can send me a copy of your zonefile so I can have a 
short look at it and maybe I can see what is wrong with it
