Transparent FTP Proxy

Hello Ppls

I'm searching for a transparent FTP-Proxy for which i haven't to
make any changes to the clients. I've found somethings like suse's
FTP Proxy-Suite, but since this is mainly for inbound traffic,
it isn't what i'm searching for.
Does anyone know about a transparent (outbound-) ftp proxy?
