Hmm.. XForce found a buffer overflow and recommended removing the setuid
bit on the ntop binary, but that was from august of this year.  The latest
version was released Oct, but the developer doesn't really mention whether
or not any security issues have been addressed.

btw: is there any way I could see some of the stuff you did on NetRanger
vs. NFR?
