Try this product called the Multi-Router Traffic Grapher
http://ee-staff.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/mrtg.html
Excellent tool for graphing out the usage of interfaces and trapping all
kinds of SNMP collected data.
There is also a good packet analyzer I use called Ethereal
