Subject: Leased Line Bandwidth utilisation
Dear Friends,
Internet users in our Office frequently that the browsing is
very slow. I wish to find out the bandwidth utilisation
by various protocols on WAN Link ( Router Serial Interface ). I tried
ntop, as my system that has ntop configured is behind a firewall and
the serial interface is not visible. Can any of u suggest a better
tool ( Freeware or Commercial Package )that might help me to find out the
bandwidth consumption by various protocols like http,ftp, telnet,smtp etc.
If ntop can address my reuqirement , a few steps how to use that
tool to satisfy my requirement.
