I use the 3web network in Canada - www.3web.net (provided by www.cybersurf.net). Recently I have noticed frequent attempts from their site trying to access port 7401 on my PC. My firewall, ZoneAlarm, provides notification and blocks the access. What is the significance of sending UDP to port 7401? Is there any risk if it is opened up?
