Hi A user who was running Securemote 4.1 SP2 on w2k had problems accessing internet and intranet by name, though not by IP. He had the right DNS settings. After trying everything (FWZ/IKE), he uninstalled and tried to re-install the Securemote client. It wouldn't allow him saying "FW1 is already installed on his machine". He couldn't delete the registry keys (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\FW) as well. When we called ISS, the solution was to re-install the O/S because it mades changes to the Kernel!. Wonder whether any one of you have experienced these kind of problems with regard to installing/uninstalling securemote clients.
