Take a look at the "built-in" security with Outlook 98 or 2000: Tools ->
Options -> Security.  You can acquire a digital ID from VeriSign, or another
CA, free for 60 days and $14,95 annual subscription.  This will give each
subscribing user a digital certificate and encryption.

PGP will also work.
