I see.. well again .. what is the best sol .. a dedicated software
system or a piece of hardware ?

The colocation facility is structured enough .. the packets are all
assembled afterwards, so it is NOT possible to connect somebody others
RACK .. the switch itself prevents to go to an other iprange
(internally).. so for that point a firewall would be not required or
??
