As secure as on anything else. IPSec <> W2K.

Not bad if you have NICs with on board processors. Horrible if you don't. I
have seen some numbers that say that <20 connections to a W2K server using
the OS to process starts to choke the system. With the on-board procs, AIUI,
the difference is negligible at best. Most folks I know are using the 3COM's
with 3XP technology.

No. It means they need to decrypt the data before they can "see" it.
