It depends on the requirement of your client. As I know, Notes has authentication,authorization and audit inside. If that is not enough, maybe we could think about the infrastructure of their network and how to harden servers and desktops. Secure ID can only provide authentication service, not all your customer's security needs. Any way, that is still a very interesting question to use Secure ID with Notes. If you want to access Notes database with web browser, there is software namely RSA ACE/Agent for Lotus Domino can do it (http://www.rsasecurity.com/products/securid/techspecs/lotusnotes.html). But unfortunately you can not use this one with notes client.
