Hi,
these ports are used by Check Point FireWall-1/VPN-1:

264/tcp is used for the key exchange when setting up a VPN and is used
by SecuRemote/Secure Client to download the public key and the
encryption domain of the VPN-1

265/tcp is also used for exchange of public keys.

They are activated by default in the implicit rule
(Policy>Properties>Security Policy> accept FW-1 control Connections) and
in policy>properties>Desktop Security>SecRemote.
