hi, This would lead to a rather amusing situation. Here is the scenario;-)) BIG FIRE to put out and well as anyone knows thats into security every millisecond counts. But the brilliant ones decided that the only way one is a "Security "PROFESSIONAL"' is if one is licensed. That way they can have their pockets lined ala legally. Basically implying it is illegal to practice suddenly without their rubber stamp. So that year's biggest security issue occurs. Voila their is someone that has the right answer the quickest but they are not licensed therefore it never gets solved in a timely fashion. In fact the licensed ones are so set on patting each others backs that they do not realize this slipped under their radar. Funny how that happens..;-)) too bad this just restricts information flow to those that need the information fast.
