You could need a sniffer tools. You could use NetXRay or even if you are
running a NT box you could use network monitor running in promiscuos mode.

With NetXRay you can do a lot of useful things, as create a "host book" that
records everything about your host as MAC, IP Address, IPX Adress, NetBeui
Name, etc using and autodiscovering tool.

I need to know if there is tool which lets me find the location of a host
based on its mac address. the MAC need not be bound to the IP stack and its
