Yahoo IM/ MSN IM

Hi folks,
 

I need some views on possible security loopholes and issues in allowing
yahoo instant messenger or MSN messenger  to users. So far i have come
across only one DOS on yahoo IM which ublished long ago , it was
applicable on old build of yahoo ( some 734)
