if bsd vs linux....
there are secure'd linux versions..
for bsd.. i hear netBSD is the most secure of the bsd family ??
firewalls should only run basic functions + ipchains???
- some say add dns too ??? but.... good and bad idea...
for the various ipchains/iptables config tools...
- there's a huge list ( too big, that might need to add "review stars" )
- similarly for IDS...
