Hi,
maintenance of FW-1 is normally a software subscription for getting
Service Packs and Upgrades. In most cases this is combined with a
support contract with your reseller giving first and/or second level
support.
So the quality of the maintenance usually depends on the quality of the
reseller and his know how. No further comment from my side...
