Napster

People,

I want to disable only the outbound connection of napster, it uses port
6699 if I am not mistaken.  Below is an example of the setting i use to
write in my firewall to enable/disable the port, without specifying whether
it is outbound or inbound connection.

outbound  20 deny 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 5190 tcp
outbound  20 permit 192.168.5.0 255.255.255.0 5190 tcp

Any suggestions?
