Self-solution of this problem was carried out.

Server-Side Composition currently used
                  'WindowsNT4.0Server(SP6) + IIS4.0 + CiscoPIX 5.1(2)'.

Client-Side Composition currently used
                  'Windows95 + WS_FTP LE'.

It stopped displaying an error message(Blocking Call Canceled), when a
server setup is changed as follows.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE→System→CurrentControlSet→Services→(CardName)
                                                →Parameters→Tcpip

The numerical value (576) was set as MTU.

I cannot understand why it solved. What was the cause? If you know
someone, please let me know.
