Here are some syslog <-> NT Event Log tools I've found. Some are servers,
some are clients, some are both, some are neither, some are free, some
aren't, etc...
I've used the Kiwi's Syslog Daemon for Windows, but none of the others.
NTSyslog looks pretty close to what I think your requirements are. The
homepage states that it formats Windows NT Event Log entries as syslog
events and send them to a syslog server. The page hasn't been updated in a
while, though. That usually means that it works so great that it doesn't
need any further fixes, or that it doesn't work at all and no one is trying
to make it work any more. Unfortunately, I find the latter case to be true
more often than the former. But it's worth a shot.

Hi all!
I'm looking for a reliable freeware that can convert syslogd for Windows
NT to Unix. Any suggestions?
Regards!
