Carl,
That sounds like a local PD. Since most of them do not understand a computer,
they would not have any idea on what was going on. Anyone with a screw driver and
some telco tools could do this. Well maybe some knowledge about it.
Get into the right line and now all of sudden you have T3 access for free...
Now that would be good...
