personal (ipchains) firewall question

If this is highly off topic for this list, my appologies.

I run a personal ipchains based firewall at home, and have recently developed a need 
to pipe all traffic from one single host on the internet to one single host within my 
network. I am wondering if anyone knows how this could be done, with ipchains or 
ipmasqadm. Thanks
