Help - I can't get unsubscribed

Hi,
I have twice sent an unsubscribe e-mail as per the instructions
I received when I first signed up.  Both times the e-mail bounced
back with a could not deliver message.  Any suggestion as to
how I can get off this mailing list would be appreciated.  TIA
