A program I have use for trojan finding and removal is available from
www.moosoft.com called "the Cleaner". It has a 30 day eval that you can use
to find and clean off any trojans. You might have her give it a try. There
are also 2 apps that come with it that will monitor your system for any
changes to the registry and will detail what applications are running on
your system at any given point.
