Those folks out here with broken networks, that are hacked into so often
it makes the head swim, and causes headaches for the others on the
Internet due to these systems being used to probe outwards, will get no
more headsup and notifications from us on thee issues, we simply just
blackhole the whole address block and silently ignore now. For years we
have passed advice and updates to you on such issues, but, time is money
and with the IT industry and the security side so suffering, we presently
have no time nor further monies to waste in these efforts. Few listen
anyways and we often see the same system go down for a few hours and
comeback up with the exact same insecure image smeered across the drives,
leaving the system<s> open for further assualt. We've yet to see owners
of such blocks actually take any time or put forth any effort to see if
the one or two abusive systems have enough trust within the whole netblock
to have left other systems open to compromise and abuse. So, the networks
we maintain and monitor just refuse to do business with you and yours,
we've cut hugh blocks of southeast asia, europe, and various other places
across the globe from access to our systems and sightings within our logs,
which we do parse daily, and vigorously.
