go to http://www.groupstudy.com
and subscribe to their cisco list.
There are many helpful people there
but the list also has a very hostile tone,
many flame wars, etc.
Also, configmaker is not that great a
configuration tool, it's easier to
find out what commands you need and type
them in...but I guess you know that :)
Once you get the hang of the Cisco
CLI, it is pretty easy.
