I am currently working on installation of a 515-R here.
We have three interfaces in it, giving us 3 subnets.
E0 = Outside 1 subnet
E1 = Inside 1 subnet
E2 = DMZ1 1 subnet
The 4 port ethernet card, in a 515 will give you 6 interfaces, all with
their own subnetting.
E0 = Outside (chassis)
E1 = Inside (chassis)
E2 = DMZ1 (interface card)
E3 = DMZ2 (interface card)
E4 = DMZ3 (interface card)
E5 = DMZ4 (interface card)
E2-E5 are all on 1 interface card.
All one subnet a piece.
To my knowledge you can't do VLANing across these interfaces.
Hope this helps,
Matt
